8000-8005 Neoplasms, malignant, NOS, of the skin
8010-8046 Epithelial carcinomas of the skin
8050-8084 Papillary and squamous cell carcinomas of the skin

ACoS Requirements: Reporting Facilities may include other sites to comply with the requirements of the American College of Surgeons or the facility's cancer committee. However, these should not be reported to the California Cancer Registry.
All other malignant tumors must be reported regardless of site. Such as:
Adnexal carcinomas (e.g., carcinomas of the sweat gland, sebaceous gland, ceruminous gland, and hair follicle)
Adenocarcinomas
Lymphomas
Melanomas
Sarcomas
Merkel cell tumor
Any carcinoma arising in a hemorrhoid is reportable since hemorrhoids arise in the mucosa, not in the skin.
